Transition the “Keynote Trials–pembrolizumab” website to a “Merck Oncology Clinical Trials” website that encompasses Merck’s current full portfolio of trials and accounts for future growth.
The strategic approach for this project was two-fold:
1. Connect audiences to trials quickly and easily by demonstrating breadth and depth of Merck’s ongoing Oncology clinical research.
1. Connect audiences to trials quickly and easily by demonstrating breadth and depth of Merck’s ongoing Oncology clinical research.
2. Provide centralized location for Merck's portfolio of ongoing clinical trials connecting key audiences: patients, loved ones, caregivers, etc.

I reviewed and scored current Keynote website content, per page, using assessment criteria and a rating scale. I applied audience goals to each page and piece of content to ensure we were meeting user needs, and used my findings to determine strategic messaging recommendations to support audience and content goals for sections and pages of the site.
I then used this information to work with UX to begin wireframes and content mapping.
